Anthony Gallery seeks an experienced full-time Print Production Manager to join its small yet dynamic Publications team, which collectively oversees the gallery’s prestigious and multifaceted publishing and digital projects. This person will manage all aspects of manufacturing related to the physical details of new publication titles, including books, posters, t-shirts, and stationery items. (Note: This is not an editorial position.) The Print Production Manager will coordinate logistics of all book and printed materials from start to finish and serve as a liaison between the gallery’s editors and outside vendors including printers, color separators, designers, and shippers. The candidate must be able to work with domestic and international vendors on varied book formats and be able to handle special projects as they arise, on budget and on time.

Seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Shop Operations Coordinator to provide art handling, shipping, administrative, and operations support to the retail team. This position will participate in all aspects of running the sales floor daily and provide back office support to the retail team. Candidates should have experience wrapping, packing, hanging and lighting framed art, as well as using common tools including power drills, hammers and levels.

Seeking an Image Archivist will be part of a global team responsible for stewarding digital image files for a wide-range of gallery uses. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask, work both independently and collaboratively, with superb communication and organization skills, and an eye for detail. The Image Archivist will contribute to the digital asset management system and maintain the photographic transparency archive.

This position requires a candidate to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with superior written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, be a self-starter and be able to work well under pressure and anticipate the ongoing needs of the executive leader.
